Make a habit of checking in with yourself. Check for what you are overdoing and what you are underdoing... The selfcare element will be finding a balance on those two

Listen to the body, where does your body need attention? What have you been neglecting that needs the light? Persistent body aches might be the clue, catching all the seasonal flues is another and of course constantly feeling exhausted. If you can’t quite hear what your body is telling you, make a habit of creating time to be alone and listen in until something arises. Because it is there.

When the body tells you where it's been neglected or what it needs. Give it that, is your body saying it needs more sleep, then sleep. Is it saying it needs more movement, then move. Is it saying it need more nutrition, then feed the body. Is the body saying needs touch, play, the sun, to be in nature... do that and don't stop until the body tells it all good.
