In 2014 I wrote my first memoir, like most memoirs it was a collection of my journaling over the years. The book is small only 98 pages, which was deliberate on the part of my editor. Her reasoning was that as a new author, writing a memoir is risky since nobody knew me – why would they want to read bulky book about my story, she reasoned. Memoirs are generally best for well known celebs or actors, because people are already interested in their story.

She felt that best we make the book small, impactful focusing on pivotal moments and trust that it will be well received. She was right, the book was impactful and very well received. To this day people still talk about the book and draw lessons and healing from it, what is even better is that people still want to buy the book, that is a such a good sign for a 10 year old book.

I therefore decided that it would be fitting and well deserved to do a re-launch to celebrate the 10-year milestone by re-printing complete with a new Cover, New Foreword and Introduction.
